Return Policy

Pika Anime strives to provide quality service and products. Before shipping, all items are inspected to verify that there are no damages to the products. All products are also bubble wrapped to prevent damages during transit.

Customers have 14 days from delivery to return their order. If the customer wishes for an exchange, they can contact support@pikaanime.com, and we will be more than happy to offer assistance.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer to the return address provided on the shipping label or invoice.

If the customer receives the wrong product, Pika Anime will be responsible for the return shipping cost. A shipping label will be emailed to the customer’s email address that is listed on their account information. The customer will have 24 hours to print the shipping label from their email address. If 24 hours have passed, the label will expire and the customer will have to contact support@pikaanime.com for the label to be resent.
